Our strength and hypertrophy programme is ideal for pushing yourself further, building strength and muscle. Created to progress you week on week suing an ‘8 day workout week’, the programme uses a variety of isolated ,compound and bodyweight movements to build strength across the body.

Exercises can be adapted, if you are unsure of anything within the programme you can book a review with one of our trainers.

We advise everyone using this programme to complete a warm up sequence and cool down stretches, this will ensure the body is ready to train and reduce your risk of injury.

This programme should only be used if you have been doing regular strength based workouts for at least 6-8 months, if you have had an injury that could be made worse through increased exercise we highly recommend booking a review with one of our personal trainers before purchasing the programme.
