About Max

I originally got into the fitness industry because of my own struggles with injuries and becoming overweight. I was given the option of corrective surgery and never play again or spend 3 years of having treatment and doing rehabilitation exercises. Through this, I learnt a lot about the body and discovered a passion for helping people who are coming back from injury, as well as achieving their health and fitness goals.

My training style often varies depending on who I am training, but will very frequently involve weight-training or circuit training. I full-heartedly believe that training should be tailored to the individual as there is no “one size fits all” when it comes to exercise!

About Rachel:

I have been a personal trainer for 5 years, working in and around the fitness industry in various roles. I found my love for the gym through running, I started using the gym to help build strength as I was training for the London Marathon. I love the strength and confidence the gym can give you, no matter where you start from.

My training style incorporates a variety of fitness techniques including circuits, intervals and resistance work to help create full body workouts that will leave you feeling stronger and fitter! I believe that fitness is for everyone, no matter where you start from and what your goals are, there is something for you - I want your training to be fun so that the gym becomes and experience and not a chore!
