Perfect for those that have been consistent and stuck with their training through the initial stages!

This programme was created for those who are starting to gain confidence in the gym and want to push themselves further. Using a range of compound and bodyweight movements, this programme will progress you over 5 weeks to help build your cardiovascular fitness and your strength

If you are a beginner and you want to start exercising in the gym, we recommend you book in a session with a personal trainer before purchasing this programme.

Whilst this programme is not a beginner programme, we do recommend only purchasing if you have been doing regular gym workouts for at least 1-2 months as this is designed to progress you rather than serve as a starter programme. The exercises can be adapted, however if you still feel you lack confidence in the gym we would recommend booking in a Personal Training session.

We encourage everyone to complete our recommended warm up and complete cool down stretches to ensure you muscles are prepared for exercise and recovered at the ned. This will reduce your risk of injury.

If you have an injury that could be made worse from increased exercise, we highly recommend booking in a review with one of our personal trainers before purchasing.
