BEGINNER AT HOME PROGRAMME

This programme uses a circuit style approach as an introduction to full body workouts that will improve your cardiovascular fitness and strength, as well as building your confidence. Our beginner programme is low impact with the option to add in more progressive exercises if you choose, helping you to start building your fitness gradually.
This programme uses 4 circuits targeting the whole body, helping you to engage in both cardio and strength work. We advise everyone to complete both the warm up sequence and the cool down stretches, this will ensure your body is properly warmed up and reduce the risk of injury.
