ADVANCED AT HOME PROGRAMME
Designed for those who are further in their fitness journey and looking to push themselves more!
Our advanced at home programme will help step up your workouts and develop your cardiovascular fitness and strength. Using circuit style workouts, this programme targets full body to provide an all round workout.
This programme uses 4 circuits targeting the whole body so that you engage in a mixture of cardio and strength training. We advise that everyone completes both the warm up sequence and the cool down stretches, completing this will ensure your body is properly warmed up and will reduce the risk of injury.
These workouts use exercises that are more progressive and a higher intensity level, we only recommend purchasing this programme if you have been doing regular workouts for at least 6-8 months that include strength work and cardio. Exercises can be adapted for injuries but we highly recommend chatting to one of our personal trainers before beginning if you are currently suffering from an injury that could be made worse through exercise.
