With the days getting darker and colder, it’s natural to reach for something tasty - but don’t lose focus now!
We are now less than 10 weeks away from the big day and you might start to notice all the treats popping up in the shops.
There's no shame in being tempted by the mince pies and panettone once they hit the shelves (which seems to get earlier every year)! However, with just under 10 weeks to go until the big day, now is the time to be trying to focus on your health and fitness so that when the festive period truly starts, you can relax and enjoy some well deserved treats!

Meal Planning
If you’re lacking inspiration for weekday meals, take some time at the weekend to sit and plan out what you are going to cook during the week. Not only will this help you to be organised during the day but it means you are less likely to grab an unhealthy snack because you don’t know what to make for dinner.
2. Chat to a trainer
Personal Trainers aren’t just good for the gym, they can help you to keep accountable when it comes to what you are eating and will keep reminding you of the importance of maintaining a balanced diet.
3. Upping your exercise
Now is the time to push a little harder so that you can relax over the christmas period. Try booking a new class or adding an extra 10 minutes to your workout. Head out on a walk at the weekend to get some extra steps in. All the little things add up!
