Our 3 Top Tips On How To Review Your Goals

Our Three Top Tips To Reviewing Your Goals!

We often set ourselves some goals early in life or when we have good intentions for the future, but we often then forget to review these goals and over time they may change or become irrelevant. With this in mind, here are our top tips for reviewing your goals!

1.        Are your goals the same as when you set them?

Think about the  goals that you previously set for yourself, are these still what you want to achieve? If they’re not,  have a think about what your goals have now changed to. If they are still the same, it may be worth then reviewing your action plan to see if it is still the best path for you to get there (or if you didn’t have one, then now is the time to make it)!

2.        Are you enjoying the exercise that you are doing?

Were you going to the gym? Were you going for long, outdoor runs on a regular basis? Sometimes we find ourselves in a bit of a rut when the exercise that we are doing becomes stale. It’s important to then try new things or adjust your training regime so that you aren’t getting bored of doing the same things on repeat!

3.        Are you fitting your workouts in?

Are you finding the time to fit in all of your training and workouts? If not, you need to try and make the time for it. Life gets busy, everyone understands that. But the more your neglect your training, the more it has an impact on your mental wellbeing which causes a negative feedback loop.
